Position Summary This role offers the chance to shape the marketing strategy for hematology products in France. You will lead the development and execution of strategic and operational marketing plans, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure success. We value candidates who are proactive, organized, and passionate about making a difference in patients' lives.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic and operational marketing plans tailored to the French market.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including Sales, Medical, Market Access, Regulatory, and Business Insights, to ensure successful product launches.
  • Create multichannel marketing materials and initiatives, including digital solutions, to meet the needs of healthcare professionals and patients.
  • Engage with key experts to gather insights and translate them into actionable strategies.
  • Monitor product performance, analyze market data, and adjust plans as needed to achieve goals.
  • Manage budgets and sales forecasts to ensure efficient resource allocation.
Qualifications/Skills

Basic:

  • Master’s degree in science, marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in product management for hospital-based products.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills with the ability to manage complex projects.
  • Excellent communication skills in French and English.
  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and matrix teams.

Preferred:

  • Experience in hematology or oncology is a plus.
  • Proven ability to develop impactful marketing strategies and materials.
  • Leadership skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Familiarity with digital and multichannel marketing approaches.

This role is based at our Rueil-Malmaison office in France. Hybrid working options are available.
