Le candidat idéal doit avoir un Bac +5 et plus de 4 ans d'expérience dans le design environnemental, ainsi que les certifications NF Habitat et HQE. About SCOPING

SCOPING is a cooperative engineering and consulting firm dedicated to reducing the environmental footprint of buildings. With 130 employees and 40 years of experience, we focus on environmental quality, deconstruction and reuse, and commissioning and performance monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Provide environmental consulting: explanatory notes, R&D, performance dashboards, programmatic notices, MOE document review.
• Conduct environmental studies: site analysis, climate change adaptation, PEMD diagnosis, reusable materials, waste, water, ACV, comfort studies in partnership with the Thermal Energy & Carbon team.
• Manage certifications: NF Habitat, HQE, Promotelec, Prestaterre, Francilien Sustainable Building, Osmoz, Effinature.
• Oversee construction: implement low‑noise practices, track reuse and waste valorization, GIS.

Qualifications

• Bac +5 plus 4+ years in environmental design, with certifications NF Habitat and/or HQE minimum.
• Accreditation in BREEAM, LEED, WELL, Passivhaus, IntAIRier, Biodivercity, Effinature is an asset.
• Strong communication, relational skills, computer literacy.

Benefits & Compensation

• Salary: 42 000–50 000 € per year, fixed base plus collective variable bonus.
• Variable: 42 000–50 000 € monthly, plus restaurant titles and grocery allowance.
