ABOUT THE JOB

Reporting to the Senior International Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for delivering go-to market strategies to support local marketing initiatives in line with the global strategic approach. Also responsible for regional specific needs, by leading planning, kickoff and execution of regional specific dedicated moments / content needs. Full engagement and efficient communication across functions (Marketing Development, Communications, Studio, Education, Ecommerce, Demand Planning…) and all the relevant markets.

Responsibilities

  • Support Senior International Marketing Manager on go-to-market strategies: idealize regional marketing plans and priorities in line with global strategic initiatives to support commercial objectives and generate growth for APAC region and Travel Retail.
  • Assist markets in constructing local marketing plans and initiatives; monitor daily requests such as samples, communication tools, visuals, product requests, etc., and contribute to the management of these needs (presentations, tools, catalogs, information).
  • Contribute to the development of global 360 toolkits with animation specifics, guiding cross-functional teams to ensure relevance and feasibility for markets.
  • Support the development of go-to-market animation kits, tools, and guidelines.
  • Assist in CPS sessions, acting as a liaison between Development, CPS, CNP, DP teams to ensure launch materials are ready and aligned with forecasts and allocations.
  • Support the definition of global media strategies and guidelines, ensuring local media plans are effectively adapted.
  • Oversee local events, influencer initiatives, store openings with communication, CEX, CRM, and VM teams.
  • Analyze post-launch and campaign performance using quantitative and qualitative methods.
  • Conduct market analysis to understand local trends and consumer behaviors, identify gaps, and explore new opportunities.

Regional Specific Needs

  • Define and plan regional marketing strategies aligned with global initiatives to support business goals.
  • Lead projects on regional launches and moments, including market benchmarking, campaign planning, and content development.
  • Coordinate product development, POSM, TOA, gifting elements, and VM briefs for regional campaigns.
  • Develop and deliver content strategies for regional channels such as WeChat, Weibo, Red, Tmall, JD, Kakao, and Naver.
  • Analyze regional campaign performance post-launch.
  • Oversee one International Marketing Assistant internship.

Qualifications

  • From a Bac + 4/5 business school or equivalent, with 3 years of experience in Operational or Trade Marketing within the luxury sector (Fashion and/or Perfumery).
  • Fluent in English; French optional.
  • Previous exposure to APAC markets.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Ability to multitask with high quality and consistency.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Dynamic, curious, adaptable, enthusiastic, and able to work independently.
