A leading international environmental firm is seeking an HR Development Manager in Poissy, France. You will craft and execute training programs and talent management strategies to support employee growth and business objectives. The ideal candidate has a degree in Human Resources, proven experience in HR development, and fluent English skills. The role offers a permanent, full-time contract with up to 2 remote working days per week, along with competitive remuneration and benefits.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Group Human Resources Director, you will be responsible for defining, deploying, and driving the Group strategy related to skills development, career management, internal mobility, and talent management.

You will support the company’s growth by ensuring alignment between business needs, key skills, and employee aspirations, while fostering employability, performance, and engagement, in close collaboration with local HR teams.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Defining the Group training strategy in line with business priorities and ongoing transformations
  • Contributing to the deployment of a global Learning Management System (LMS) for training management, monitoring, and evaluation, and subsequently supporting its administration
  • Monitoring the progress of skills development plans in collaboration with local HR teams
  • Setting up and managing the ENVEA Academy from an administrative, organizational, and content perspective
  • Designing training pathways by job families and employee populations
  • Developing career management tools and designing attractive career paths
  • Supporting managers and local HR teams in conducting and analyzing annual performance reviews and following up on related action plans
  • Defining and promoting an internal mobility policy and supporting the employees concerned
  • Leading talent identification and high-potential processes and managing associated development programs
  • Developing and monitoring succession plans in collaboration with local HR teams
  • Managing employee engagement surveys and defining and tracking related action plans
  • Defining and monitoring key performance indicators
  • Ensuring consistency of Group HR practices and their deployment across local entities
Profile

De You hold a higher education degree in Human Resources and have proven experience in HR development, talent management, training, or career management within an international environment.

Experience in the industrial or technology sector would be an asset.

You have a strong understanding of skills and career development challenges, as well as the ability to design structured, high value-added HR programs.

You possess excellent interpersonal and facilitation skills and are comfortable working in a multicultural environment with a wide range of stakeholders.

Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is mandatory.

Working Conditions

Contract: Permanent, full-time

Remote work possible (up to 2 days per week)

Position based in Poissy (78), France

Occasional travel may be required
