Business Process Manager - Interim

We are excited to share a unique opportunity with our client, a leading player in the pharmaceuticals sector. They are seeking an experienced and motivated Business Process Manager to join their team on a 12-month contract. This role requires a presence in either the Netherlands or France with remote working after the first month, with a focus on driving operational excellence and standardising global processes within External Manufacturing and Supply Chain (EM&S). Role Overview

As a Business Process Manager, you will lead key initiatives to improve and standardise processes, engage in Lean / Six Sigma methodologies, and collaborate across teams to achieve excellence in external manufacturing and supply chain operations.

Key Skills
  • Change Management : Effectively lead organisational transformations by engaging stakeholders and facilitating smooth transitions.
  • Process Mapping : Analyse and develop optimise workflows that enhance efficiency and maintain compliance with industry standards.
  • Lean / Six Sigma Expertise : Apply proven methodologies to identify inefficiencies, reduce waste, and continuously improve process performance.
  • Stakeholder Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external partners to achieve shared objectives.
  • Experience in External Manufacturing & Supply Chain : Leverage expertise to solve complex challenges and implement impactful solutions in the manufacturing domain.
