Main Responsibilities
Business Development (approx. 80%)
Once you are familiar with our values, methodology, and service offering, you will take ownership of developing our commercial presence across the DACH region :
- Actively contribute to defining the commercial strategy for the DACH market by identifying growth opportunities and potential client companies.
- Identify key decision-makers and initiate contact to present Luxe Talent's recruitment services.
- Negotiate commercial agreements in a transparent, fair and mutually beneficial manner.
- Build and nurture long-term partnerships based on trust, communication and professionalism.
- Represent and promote the Luxe Talent brand across the region to strengthen market visibility and enhance the attractiveness of our services.
- Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure alignment between business development and ongoing searches.
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition (approx. 20%)
You will also contribute to recruitment processes for roles in the Luxury, Fashion and Retail industries :
- Support the end-to-end recruitment cycle: talent sourcing, interviews, candidate briefings, and client shortlists.
- Gain an in-depth understanding of client expectations and company culture to ensure qualitative, tailored recruitment.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates, ensuring a positive and transparent candidate experience.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in either Retail (Store Management, Area Management, Sales, Training, etc.) or in Recruitment (agency or in-house).
- A genuine passion for the Retail, Fashion or Luxury sectors.
- Fluency in German is absolutely essential.
- Professional proficiency in English; French and / or Spanish is a plus.
- Motivated by challenges and business growth.
- Autonomous, proactive and able to work independently while collaborating with an international team.
- Flexible, agile, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-oriented environment.
