In the context of the energy transition and the liberalization of the energy market Haulogy successfully contributes to the achievement of transformation goals for its clients in the energy and public services sector by offering scalable modular management software and relevant business and IT services in a long-term partnership approach.

In this context Haulogy is expanding its portfolio of software solutions for the energy market and is looking for several Business Consultants to coordinate implementation projects and manage operations at clients sites.

BUSINESS CONSULTANT (M / F / X)

Responsibilities

• Learn and master business processes related to the French energy market.
• Learn and master Haulogys product features to become the functional expert of the product(s) installed at the clients you manage.
• Manage a portfolio of clients which includes :
• Ensuring client satisfaction on a daily basis.
• Translating your clients needs into functional specifications.
• Interacting with Haulogys internal product & development teams.
• Informing and training your clients on new application updates.
• Analyze client needs technically and functionally (energy distribution companies and / or energy suppliers).
• Participate in discussions with the IT Product team regarding the evolution of Haulogys software.
• Study the French energy market to contribute to the improvement of our IT products.
• Engage in team discussions and contribute to the digital and energy transition of the market.

Required Qualifications
