Overview

As a Business Analyst Intern, you will join our Paris office, composed of around 100 passionate consultants. We work closely with the executive teams of leading French and international companies across sectors such as transportation, telecom, healthcare, aerospace & defense, energy, and private equity.

Your Role

You will be fully integrated into project teams and contribute to high‑impact engagements across three dimensions:

  • Strategic Consulting : Participate in key client discussions on high‑stakes topics, conduct analyses (benchmarking, industry studies, modeling), and develop actionable recommendations. You’ll be exposed to senior decision‑makers and involved in all stages, from data collection to client presentations.
  • Team Collaboration : Work within international, multidisciplinary teams; develop your project management and communication skills; and actively contribute your ideas.
  • Firm Development : Support internal initiatives, contribute to thought leadership, help organize events, and engage in business development activities.

Responsibilities

As an Intern at Arthur D. Little, you will:

  • Use strong quantitative and analytical abilities to integrate and assess data
  • Develop customized analysis tools
  • Synthesize analytical results to provide action‑oriented recommendations
  • Work with clients and team members to develop and implement innovative solutions
  • Take initiative in both client engagements and internal projects
  • Communicate results and discuss issues with project teams and, on occasion, clients
  • Gain immediate responsibility for project deliverables

The role requires a high level of creative thinking and problem solving, combined with strong quantitative, interpersonal and team‑working skills. Occasional travel may be required.

Recruitment Process
  • First round (online) – 1‑hour case interview (including part in English)
  • Second round (in person) – Two 1‑hour case interviews
  • Final round (in person) – Interview with a Principal
  • Offer – Verbal and written
