What you’ll do
  • Maintain and update BSOS documentation, processes, and shared tools
  • Provide administrative and logistical support across BSOS departments
  • Support procurement activities (purchase orders, approvals, follow‑ups)
  • Maintain accurate project and staffing information in BSOS tools
  • Support coordination of timelines, deliverables, and action tracking
  • Act as a connector between teams, helping information flow clearly and consistently
  • Support internal communication, reporting, and consolidated summaries
  • Contribute to people allocation and flex‑office processes
What we’re looking for
  • Experience in an administrative, coordination, or project‑support role, ideally in a multi‑team or event‑driven environment
  • Strong Microsoft 365 skills (Excel, SharePoint, Teams)
  • Highly organised, reliable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
  • Able to work autonomously on well‑defined tasks while knowing when to elevate issues
  • Strong attention to detail and a clear sense of ownership
