A leader in green energy technologies is seeking a candidate to manage the B2B dealer network in Courbevoie. The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of experience in automotive B2B sales or fleet management, strong leadership abilities, and fluency in French and English. This role involves coordinating with key partners, developing tailored commercial plans, and ensuring contract compliance within the dealer network.

Overview

BYD France is the French National Sales Company of BYD BV Europe and BYD Company Ltd, a China-based company and a leading global supplier of green energy technologies. BYD France offers a range of electric vehicles, including all-electric cars, buses & forklifts. BYD is expanding its operations in France to support a growing portfolio of New Electric Vehicle Passenger car and LCVs projects.

Main Responsibilities
  • Animate and manage the dealer network in B2B (corporate) sales, in close collaboration with local teams.
  • Coordinate and energize key partners, including captive finance companies and long-term rental providers.
  • Develop tailored commercial action plans for each dealership, ensuring regular performance monitoring.
  • Convince and engage investors, site directors, and dealer group leaders around the potential of the B2B market.
  • Train, support, and motivate corporate sales consultants, involving local management (investors, directors, sales managers).
  • Deploy the BYD “Label Entreprise” program within identified high-potential dealerships, ensuring operational follow-up in the field (prospecting, customer/prospect meetings).
  • Ensure compliance with contractual commitments made to the BYD dealer network.
  • Monitor local B2B marketing activities in collaboration with the dealership marketing managers.
  • Ensure proper use of the CRM system by dealerships to guarantee accurate reporting of commercial data.
  • Participate in national and local B2B trade fairs and events.
  • Act as a liaison between BYD France and dealerships regarding financial aspects related to B2B activities.
  • Implement joint actions with BYD Lease teams to optimize commercial performance.
Your Profile
  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in B2B sales or fleet management within the automotive industry.
  • Strong knowledge of dealer network operations, leasing models, and CRM systems.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills with the ability to influence and motivate stakeholders.
  • Fluent in French and English.
