Haddad Brands Europe, founded in 2017, specializes in the distribution of children’s apparel under exclusive licenses (Nike, Levi’s, Converse, Jordan, Lacoste…) across Europe.

Operational for 8 years, the company has experienced remarkable growth and now counts over 500 employees throughout Europe.

We distribute our products both through wholesale, working with major multi-brand and specialized retailers, and through retail, via our corners in leading department stores.

In concrete terms, this means that if you purchase children’s apparel (0–7 years for Nike, 0–16 years for Levi’s, Converse, and Jordan), whether in a physical store, online, in the Netherlands, the UK, Italy, or anywhere else in Europe, the product you’re holding has gone through us — even if you bought it in an official Nike or Levi’s store!

We are currently looking for an Executive Assistant to the Executive Vice-President.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a highly proactive and organised Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to our Executive Vice-President. This role is central to the smooth operation of executive activities and requires excellent organisational skills, autonomy, and strong communication abilities. The successful candidate will play a key role in improving processes, coordinating complex schedules, and supporting strategic interactions with key customers and brand partners.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manage and optimise the Executive Vice-President’s calendar, including scheduling meetings across multiple time zones
  • Coordinate domestic and international business travel, including itineraries, accommodation, and logistics
  • Prepare and manage expense reports accurately and efficiently
  • Organise and support sales conferences, internal events, and key meetings
  • Support onboarding of new team members, ensuring a smooth and structured integration
  • Create, improve, and document organisational methods and internal processes
  • Prepare meeting materials and provide support during meetings with key customers and brand partners
  • Act as a trusted point of contact, ensuring clear and professional communication internally and externally
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in an executive assistant or similar support role
  • Fluent in English; French-speaking strongly preferred
  • Exceptional organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail
  • Highly proactive, autonomous, and able to anticipate needs
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Familiarity with AI productivity tools such as Microsoft Copilot or similar
  • Ability to manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
