Who We’re Looking For:
- Have a chemical ingredients sales background is preferred (Chemist/Engineering background would be beneficial).
- Leads pipeline management, contribute to the Croda CC / LS Business strategy for the region.
- 5 to 7 years of sales experience in Personal Care, Beauty or Pharma ingredients industries.
- Have good level of knowledge to discuss main technical points with the customers.
- Degree qualified with prior sales/account management/distributor management experience in the industry.
- Willing to travel (50%).
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to build strong with internal networks and distributors.
- Entrepreneurial and highly self‑motivated with a passion for delivering customer‑driven solutions sales and identifying improvements in our commercial strategy.
- Be able to work independently, yet be a good team player.
- Fluency in English, French and Arabic is preferred.
What You’ll Be Doing:

- Taking the ownership of developing the customer portfolio for the entire North Africa, mainly Algeria, Morocco and Tunisia Market (Identify, generate and manage projects).
- Building, maintaining, and expanding the relationships with accounts / distributors in the defined locations.
- Maintain close collaboration with sector teams to ensure commercial strategy remains aligned with market needs.
- Manage the existing sales pipeline, such as coordinating projects and development work with the customers.
- Develop new business opportunities in all focus areas and growth platforms.
- Will be responsible for achieving the sales budget, targeted margin and growth.
- Integral part of the process which determines the strategy for the market areas for the next 1-3 years and communicates the plans back to the relevant parties.
- Manages territory priorities and appropriate routes to market. Supports identification of new trends and markets which will impact future performance and requirements for the business.
- Eager to grow the business, have a significant commercial mindset.
- Participating in trade fairs, as a visitor or exhibitor.
