Bel, leader dans le secteur des produits laitiers et alimentaires, recherche un Market Manager pour rejoindre son équipe dynamique. Vous aurez la responsabilité de développer les ventes de produits dans le secteur de la restauration collective, en établissant des relations avec les distributeurs et les clients. Ce rôle demande un diplôme en commerce, une forte orientation client et la capacité à travailler de manière autonome tout en contribuant à une mission partagée d'innovation et de responsabilité.

Qualifications

  • Expérience initiale en tant que Manager de Secteur dans l'alimentaire.
  • Intérêt naturel pour la cuisine et sensibilité aux produits.
  • Capacité à gérer son activité de manière entrepreneuriale.

Responsabilités

  • Développer la consommation des produits dans la restauration collective.
  • Mettre en œuvre des actions promotionnelles et des démonstrations.
  • Gérer les revues d'affaires annuelles avec les distributeurs.

YOUR FUTURE TEAM :

Within the Bel Foodservice Sales Force, composed of 30 collaborators, and more specifically within Fanny's team – Regional Sales Manager for Paris North-East – you will be located in the Western Ile de France region. You will join a team of seven market managers. Their kindness and expertise will be invaluable in facilitating your integration.

YOUR MISSIONS

The market manager implements the BEL Foodservice commercial policy on the field for the two product categories (cheese and grocery). As a true ambassador of the company, they develop the volumes and turnover in the departments assigned to them : 92 (Hauts de Seine), 91 (Essonne), partial 75 (5, 6, 7, 13, 14, 15, 16) and 28 (Eure et Loir) with clients :

On the Users Side :

  • Develop and promote the consumption of our products (cheese and grocery) in collective catering (school restaurants, hospitals, retirement homes, ...)
  • Implement promotional actions and demonstrations with our culinary advisors
  • Hold a prescriptive role with coordinators of major Public Markets and purchasing groups in the sector

On the Distributors Side :

  • Develop the sale of Bel products in collective and commercial catering in partnership with our regional distributors as part of Bel's commercial policy
  • Reference innovations with regional distributors
  • Manage distributor annual business reviews and plans
  • Ensure the presence of Bel products in distributor responses to Public Markets
  • Stimulate sales using promotional-public means in the Cash & Carry network

Understanding your sector (client portfolio, competitor activities, public markets…), managing your performance indicators, managing your regional budgets, and mastering reporting and analysis tools will all be assets for ensuring your business development.

PROFILE

Graduated with a Bachelor’s / Master’s degree and / or a higher commercial technical training, you have initial experience as a Sector Manager in food, ideally in Out-of-Home Catering (industrial or distributor side).

You have a real "product sensitivity" and a natural interest in cooking. You are recognized for your customer orientation and have a passion for results.

You are committed, collaborative, and are on the lookout for growth and optimization opportunities for your business, which you are committed to developing.

You know how to manage your business as a responsible entrepreneur (negotiate, enhance customer relations, analyze results, and deploy appropriate action plans…).

This position involves daily travel by car to visit clients. A B license is required.
