Une entreprise pharmaceutique dynamique recherche un apprenti Supply Chain pour soutenir les opérations de gestion des demandes. Le candidat idéal est en formation en logistique ou domaine connexe, possède des compétences analytiques solides et maîtrise Microsoft Excel. Dans ce rôle, vous serez impliqué dans l'optimisation des processus, la gestion des commandes et la communication avec les fournisseurs. Qualifications

• Formation en cours en logistique, supply chain ou domaine similaire.
• Compétences en analyse de données et utilisation de tableaux de bord.
• Maîtrise d'Excel et connaissance d'outils ERP souhaitée.

Responsabilités

• Surveiller et suivre les commandes pour garantir une livraison à temps.
• Analyser les pratiques actuelles et proposer des stratégies d'amélioration.
• Collaborer avec les équipes de production et de logistique pour s'assurer que les besoins d'approvisionnement sont alignés.

Description du poste

The Supply Chain Apprentice has a transversal role, supporting the team from the planning upstream, to the delivery of medicines, in order to have the best quality of service and ensuring effective communication flow across all departments within the subsidiary and on a global level

About the Role

• Support for Demand Management:
  • Monitor and track orders to ensure timely delivery.
  • Oversee inventory levels and ensure optimal stock management.
  • Update and generate dashboards, perform analyses, and provide relevant assessments to support decision-making.
  • Participate in product destruction operations in compliance with company procedures and regulations.
• Assist in evaluating the performance of distribution providers in terms of quality, cost-effectiveness, and deadlines.
• Contribute to managing and maintaining strong relationships with distribution providers through active communication and collaboration.
• Process Optimization:
  • Analyze current practices and propose strategies for improvement.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at streamlining supply chain operations.
• Internal Communication:
  • Collaborate closely with production and logistics teams to ensure alignment of supply needs with operational planning.
  • Participate in team meetings, actively contribute, and document key discussions and action points.

Profile Requirements:

• Background in supply chain, logistics, procurement, or related fields (Bachelor’s or Master's in progress).
• Strong analytical skills, with experience working on dashboards or data analyses.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP) is a plus.
• Excellent organizational skills, with an attention to detail and an ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills to collaborate effectively across teams and external vendors.
• Interest in the pharmaceutical industry and its regulatory requirements is an advantage
