Une entreprise biopharmaceutique leader à Paris recherche un Digital Product Owner. Vous serez responsable de la définition de la stratégie produit, de la gestion de la feuille de route et de la livraison du produit. Une expérience dans la gestion de produits numériques, de préférence en santé, est requise. La maîtrise de l'anglais est essentielle, et le français est un plus. Ce poste propose un modèle de travail hybride et offre des opportunités de développement professionnel.

Qualifications

• Expérience en gestion de produit numérique ou domaine connexe.
• Expérience significative dans la gestion de produits complexes, de préférence dans une entreprise de santé/biotech.
• Connaissances solides des pratiques Lean & Agile, UX/UI et conception d'application.

Responsabilités

• Définir, créer et communiquer la feuille de route produit alignée avec les objectifs commerciaux.
• Gérer la priorisation du backlog des travaux.
• Travailler avec Scrum Master et l'équipe de livraison quotidiennement.

Main responsibilities

• Own the product from a "What" and "Why" perspective
• Define, create, and communicate product roadmap aligned with business objectives and supported by business cases, market research, customer data and competitive analysis
• Work cross-functionally with all areas of the business, partnerships, and with senior stakeholders in commercial, research, technology, operations, and marketing departments
• Be accountable for delivering incremental value every sprint
• Manage backlog prioritization of work
• Work with Scrum Master and delivery team daily, answering questions, addressing ambiguities, being available to solve issues
• Inspire the team and bring a unique vision and perspective for what is possible

Experience

• Relevant experience in digital product ownership or related field
• Significant experience in product management building complex digital solutions, ideally within a healthcare/biotech company
• Solid knowledge of Lean & Agile practices, UX/UI and Application Design & Integration
• Experience and curiosity in using new AI tools to accelerate how product design and development is done

Skills and qualifications

• Fluent in English, French is a plus
• Strong drive and ability to build & share product vision
• Create and manage relationships with Business senior leaders
• Proven business sense, ability to take decisions, think strategically and partner with business/other teams
• Excellent communication & presenting skills, including with executive stakeholders
• Track‑record of problem‑solving & overcoming roadblocks in a complex environment, with a "get things done" mindset
• Strong cross‑functional leadership & influencing skills
• Strong project management skills
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred
