THE ROLE

We are seeking a Trade Marketing Specialist to drive marketing strategies across our diverse sales channels, boost brand visibility, ensure a seamless brand experience, and accelerate business growth.

YOUR CHALLENGE

1. Define and lead the omnichannel marketing strategy to ensure our brand stands out across all touchpoints.
2. Design and execute tailored campaigns for retail, wholesale, and e-commerce channels, ensuring alignment with the brand's global strategy.
3. Customize promotions and activations to meet the unique needs of each channel.
4. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to continuously refine strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
5. Develop and oversee visual merchandising guidelines for physical stores and distributors.
6. Coordinate with the graphic design team (internal and external) to implement key brand elements that boost sales and brand awareness.
7. Provide marketing tools and support materials to distributors and points of sale.
8. Coordinate both digital assets (for web, social media, and print) and physical assets to ensure they reach the points of sale effectively.

Showrooms & Trade Shows Management:

1. Take ownership of the brand’s representation at key trade shows, showrooms, and industry events. As the brand ambassador, ensure a consistent, impactful presence across all in-person and digital touchpoints, creating memorable experiences that elevate the brand’s image and resonate with buyers and stakeholders.

Coordination of Promotions and Activations:

1. Plan and execute activations in physical stores (e.g., events, pop-ups, corners).
2. Manage campaigns on marketplaces and foster strategic online collaborations.
3. Collaboration with other areas:
4. Act as a key liaison between sales teams in retail, wholesale, and e-commerce to ensure a seamless customer experience.
5. Work closely with brand managers and designers to develop and adapt digital and print assets, ensuring consistent messaging, visual identity, and promotional strategies across all sales channels.
6. Oversee the development of customized POS solutions by collaborating closely with sales and brand teams to deliver tailored projects.
7. Visit key clients and stores regularly to collect insights, strengthen relationships, and identify potential growth opportunities.

Data Analysis, ROI Measurement and Budget Management

1. Evaluate the performance and impact of trade marketing campaigns.
2. Adjust strategies based on insights to optimize return on investment.
3. Manage the trade marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation aligned with business goals.
4. Proven experience of at least 3.5 years in a similar role, preferably in the fashion or retail sector.
5. Demonstrated expertise in developing omnichannel strategies and managing budgets.
6. Strong analytical skills to measure campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
7. The ability to coordinate and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
8. Fluency in Spanish and English (additional languages are a plus).
