Qualitice is supporting leading pharma, biotech, and medical device clients in digital transformation, IT system compliance, and GxP-regulated environments.

We are seeking a Consultant – IT & Compliance (m/f/d) with 2–3 years of experience, strong German and English skills, and a passion for bridging technology and regulatory frameworks.

Responsibilities include leading workstreams in IT compliance, CSV, and quality system implementation; supporting client engagements; interfacing with stakeholders; and advising on industry standards like GDP, Annex 11, GAMP 5, and ISO 13485.

Requirements include relevant experience in IT compliance, CSV, or regulated consulting; strong knowledge of IT validation frameworks; fluency in German and English; familiarity with tools like Microsoft 365, Azure DevOps, SharePoint; and understanding of GDP, Industry 4.0, or data integrity topics is a plus.

Qualitice offers a remote-first culture, flexible working, and the opportunity to work on impactful projects in the healthcare sector. Salary ranges from 38K–€45K depending on experience.
