A leading customer service company is seeking a Sales Support Representative to provide inbound and outbound customer support. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of B2B sales experience and strong account management skills. Proficiency in CRM systems like SalesForce and the Microsoft Office Suite is essential. This remote position offers an opportunity to build client relationships and drive sales effectively.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of proven B2B sales experience.
- 2 years of account management experience.
- 6 months experience utilizing a CRM (SalesForce preferred).

- Provide inbound and outbound customer sales support using a call flow guide.
