To help us achieve this, we are looking for a Human Resources Assistant to support our teams in our Delivery Stations in Spain. You will collaborate with the Human Resources department and management to ensure an excellent experience for our employees and managers.

1. Handle day-to-day queries (e.g., compensation, attendance, policy advice) and direct them appropriately.
2. Manage our time and attendance system, ensure proper employee payment, and resolve pay discrepancies.
3. Perform people-related administration and coordination tasks (e.g., new hire processes, expense requests).
4. Provide accurate and timely management information, ensuring compliance with business processes, data protection, and HR system records.
5. Support HR and management on various people-related projects, including engagement activities.

Our HR professionals in Spain are hands-on, working both tactically and strategically to maximize employee engagement and development. They maintain regular contact with field associates and work closely with Operations. HR is an integral part of the Business Team, understanding and supporting its strategy and goals. Our HR teams are experts in employee relations, performance management, talent development, succession planning, employee engagement, and legislative compliance.
