Basic Qualifications:

• Significant practical engineering experience including a supervisory role managing people.
• A Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline (Industrial, Electrical, Mechanical, Civil) from an accredited university or equivalent experience.
• Multiskilled in both electrical and mechanical disciplines.
• Experience with automated equipment including packaging machinery, sortation, and conveyor systems.
• Ability to communicate (written & verbal) in English and the local language at CEFR Level B2 or higher.
• Experience working to health & safety standards and regulations.
• Solid computer skills (MS Office, CAD).

Join our Reliability Maintenance Engineering team as an Area Manager, overseeing a team of technicians, ensuring safety, equipment availability, and process compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, support, and mentor the team, ensuring safety and efficiency.
• Collaborate to leverage technical expertise and develop solutions.
• Support safety and compliance programs with the Site Safety department & Site Leadership.
• Implement standards and focus on preventative maintenance for high equipment availability.
• Organize training and ensure sufficient technical coverage for shifts.
• Support local and EU-level projects.
• Work on shifts to stay connected with daily operations.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all engineering and facilities equipment within the Fulfillment Center, including PLC systems, project management, CMMS, and continuous improvement processes.
