About the Role

As a Manager of AdOps for the UK and Nordics markets, you’ll play a vital role in driving performance and excellence across managed and programmatic campaigns. Based in Barcelona, you will lead a team of three direct reports, serve as the central point of contact for campaign success, and collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external stakeholders.

This is a unique opportunity to combine hands-on programmatic expertise with team leadership and strategic oversight for one of Ogury's key regional markets.

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of 3 AdOps Managers based in Barcelona, focused on campaigns in the UK and Nordics.
• Ensure 100% delivery of managed and programmatic campaigns through daily programming, optimization, and monitoring.
• Analyze and maintain core KPIs including client retention, campaign performance, and delivery metrics.
• Support Client Success and Sales teams with post-campaign insights, analysis, and actionable recommendations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for campaign management and performance optimization across the UK and Nordics.
• Advise internal trading teams on DSP set-up, campaign configuration, and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Tech Solutions, Technical Operations, Sales, and Client Success to ensure seamless campaign execution.
• Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through proactive communication and performance delivery.
• Participate in hybrid working (2 days/week in-office) and travel regularly to London and occasionally to Copenhagen.

• Proven programmatic advertising expertise with hands-on experience in managing and optimizing campaigns.
• Managerial experience with a track record of leading and developing high-performing teams.
• Deep understanding of AdOps tools including Campaign Manager, IAS, DoubleVerify, and tag management systems like GTM.
• Proficiency with DSP platforms such as DV360, The Trade Desk, or Amazon DSP.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with a solutions-oriented mindset.
• Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal English skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, international environment.
