The role involves designing a commercial strategy, acquiring new clients in medical devices and cosmetics, and managing the entire sales cycle. Ideal candidates will have a relevant degree, 5+ years of B2B business development experience, and fluency in English. Reporting to the Head of Sales and Marketing, the role will be responsible for designing and executing the commercial development strategy in the assigned region, identifying new opportunities, acquiring strategic clients, and consolidating growth in medical devices.
We are looking for a professional with a university degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Life Science, or related disciplines, with at least 5 years of international business development experience in B2B environments, preferably in contract manufacturing services of medical devices, cosmetic or related fields. Experience in plastics or industrial manufacturing will be valued. Willingness to travel across Europe and fluent English. Other European languages will be considered an advantage.
