Formación

Your role
Key Responsibilities
Strategic HR Partnership
  • Collaborate with business leaders to understand operational goals and translate them into HR strategies.
  • Provide guidance on organisational design, workforce planning, and succession planning for sea and air freight divisions.
  • Support change management initiatives during business transformation or process optimisation.
Talent Management
  • Drive recruitment strategies for specialised roles in freight forwarding and air cargo operations.
  • Implement onboarding programmes tailored to logistics and transport professionals.
  • Identify training needs and coordinate learning programmes for operational excellence and regulatory compliance.
Employee Relations
  • Act as the primary point of contact for employee relations issues within the sea and air freight teams.
  • Ensure fair and consistent application of company policies and labour laws.
  • Mediate conflicts and foster a positive work environment across multicultural teams.
Performance & Compensation
  • Support performance management cycles, including goal setting and appraisals.
  • Advise on compensation structures aligned with industry benchmarks for freight forwarding and air transport roles.
Compliance & Safety
  • Ensure adherence to international and local labour regulations.
  • Collaborate with HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) teams to maintain compliance in operational areas.
HR Analytics
  • Monitor HR metrics (turnover, absenteeism, training effectiveness) and provide insights to improve workforce efficiency.
  • Prepare reports for senior management on HR trends within sea and air freight operations.
Requirements
Qualifications & Skills

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) preferred.

Experience: 5+ years in HR roles, with at least 2 years as HRBP in logistics, freight forwarding, or transportation industry.

Skills: Strong knowledge of international labour laws and compliance.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to manage HR projects in a fast‑paced, global environment.

Familiarity with HRIS and data‑driven decision‑making.
