A research institution in Bellaterra seeks an HR Talent Officer for a temporary role supporting HR operations. The ideal candidate will implement HR policies, assist in recruitment, and provide support to employees in an international environment. Requirements include a relevant degree, minimum 2 years of HR experience, and proficiency in Spanish, Catalan, and English. Flexible working hours and a supportive work culture are offered as part of the contract.
CRAG is an independent research institution engaged in leading-edge basic and applied plant and farm animal sciences. CRAG is established as a Consortium of the Spanish National Research Council (CSIC), Institute of Agrifood Research and Technology (IRTA), Autonomous University of Barcelona (UAB), and University of Barcelona (UB). The Center is located at the UAB Campus and currently hosts 200 members from across the world.
Research Programs at CRAG (from basic science to applied research using plant experimental model systems, crops, and farm animals) make extensive use of genomic technologies and large sets of genetic and genomic data ().
CRAG is seeking an HR Talent Officer for a temporary contract of up to 6 months (Temporary position – Covering a maternity leave), to provide operational support to the HR Unit during a defined period. The selected candidate will work under the supervision of the Head of Human Resources, ensuring the correct implementation of HR policies, processes and administrative procedures.
