About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and clientoriented Onboarding Account Manager fluent in Dutch to join a growing, international team in Barcelona. In this hybrid role, you’ll be responsible for onboarding new clients, guiding them through the setup and optimisation of digital marketing and PPC campaigns, and acting as a trusted advisor. You’ll help craft customized solutions tailored to client needs, manage CRM data carefully, support upselling and long‑term growth, and work closely with internal teams all while maintaining a results‑driven, customer‑centric approach.

What You Bring
  • Native or fluent Dutch (spoken and written), and strong English (minimum B2)
  • BA/BS degree (or equivalent experience); background in marketing or communications is a plus
  • At least 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or client‑facing roles ideally in digital marketing, advertising, or account management
  • Experience using CRM tools and handling customer data efficiently
  • Ability to use modern tools (including AI‑driven tools) to support outreach, campaign management, and analysis
  • Strong communication, presentation, and writing skills; comfortable working independently while meeting targets
  • Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset with an ability to analyse market trends, understand client needs, and tailor proposals accordingly
