Antima Group is seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to manage and oversee architectural and construction projects across its diverse portfolio, including Antima Homes and Forum Marbella. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and organizational skills, with a strategic mindset and a natural ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams. This role involves managing and supervising all project phases—from design to execution—working closely with architects, technical architects, and contractors.

1. Project management and coordination : Overseeing all phases of design and execution in collaboration with architects, technical architects, and contractors.
2. Construction supervision : Managing budgets, construction timelines, certifications, and contracts, ensuring quality standards and timely delivery.
3. Client relations : Holding regular meetings with clients and/or their legal representatives and/or project managers to review progress and quality.
4. Coordination with public authorities : Handling license applications and supporting municipal inspections.
5. Internal support : Providing guidance to the maintenance, legal, accounting, interior design, and marketing departments.

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing architecture and construction projects.
2. Strong knowledge of budget control, certifications, and contracts.
3. Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
4. Ability to work collaboratively and coordinate across multiple departments.
5. Professional proficiency in both written and spoken English and Spanish.
6. Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Presto, TCQ, advanced Excel, and drawing/modeling software like AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit is highly valued.
