As our Corporate Finance Manager, you’ll help shape strategic decisions, manage complex financial operations, and work directly with top-tier stakeholders—from global banks to executive leadership. You'll drive treasury planning, optimize cash flow, and support critical funding decisions that keep our growth on track.

How will it be to work with us?

• Support the Director of Treasury & Investor Relations to anticipate treasury needs and provide visibility on future cash positions.
• Act as the key link between core finance functions impacting cash and working capital—such as Receivables, Payables, Fleet, Controlling, Procurement, and BPO.
• Assist in planning short- and long-term financial debt and expenses, ensuring timely negotiation and renewal of credit lines.
• Contribute to debt modelling, contract negotiations, covenant tracking, and interest rate management to optimize our financing structure.
• Work directly with local and international financial institutions to manage financing facilities, credit lines, factoring, and acquiring services.
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting to banks, financial providers, investors, and shareholders.
• Analyze financial information for senior management and the Board, providing key insights and analytical support for decision-making.
• Drive the continuous improvement and automation of management reporting to enhance efficiency and data accuracy.

What will make you succeed in this position :

• 5+ Years of experience in Corporate Finance, Treasury, FP&A, Controlling, or Consulting—essential for managing complex financial projects.
• Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field. MBA or Master in Finance is a strong plus.
• Strong financial knowledge – Solid grasp of IFRS, financial markets dynamics, and accounting fundamentals. Spanish GAAP is a plus.
• Financial modelling skills – Confident working with models and automation tools to streamline reporting and analysis.
• Analytical & strategic mindset – Able to dive deep into data, identify root causes, and deliver actionable insights and recommendations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage with teams and stakeholders at all levels.
• You’re trustworthy, committed, and thrive on delivering impact with a hands-on, can-do attitude.
• Fluent in Spanish and English. French is a plus.
• Previous team management experience is a valuable asset.
• Expert in Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with Think Cell, Power BI, Navision / Business Central is a plus.
• Familiarity with Bloomberg or Eikon Reuters is a plus for financial analysis and market insights.
