Formación

Due to ongoing expansion, Juniper Group seeks an experienced Financial Controller with strong accounting and financial expertise, and previous experience in sell-side or buy-side transactions, to participate in acquisition efforts across Europe. This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the most active software acquirers globally.

Juniper Group currently provides software solutions to public and private vertical markets, focusing on travel, insurance, banking, healthcare, the public sector, and oil & gas.

Responsibilities
  • Supervision, consolidation, and financial control of all Juniper Group companies;
  • Monitoring, analysis, and consolidation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings;
  • Review and analysis of reports from different business units for consolidation;
  • Support and supervision of internal and external audits;
  • Automation of processes to reduce reporting time and enhance analysis;
  • Assistance in constructing quarterly budgets and monitoring variances;
  • Analysis of expenses and revenues to identify improvements for revenue growth and cost reduction;
  • Training and support for personnel across Juniper Group, including newly acquired companies.
Minimum Requirements
  • Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or similar;
  • Advanced Excel skills;
  • Proven experience in a similar role;
  • Native or fluent Spanish (must);
  • German language skills (desired);
  • Leadership and teamwork abilities;
  • Organized and detail-oriented;
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure;
  • Facility with specialized financial software;
  • Strong analytical skills and knowledge of accounting principles;
  • Proactive attitude and willingness to propose improvements;
  • Knowledge of IFRS standards;
  • Ability to produce reports in English, both financial and managerial.
