Collaborate actively in supervising operating hydroelectric, Solar PV, and Onshore Wind power plants, both locally and internationally, in coordination with local and corporate teams to ensure optimized performance of the installed facilities. This role also involves guaranteeing technical suitability and economic efficiency.
Develop and implement best practices regarding processes and procedures to enhance business performance and monitoring. Your tasks will be performed reporting to the Control Center Coordinator.
Education: BSc. Degree in Engineering (preferably Electrical Engineering) or FPII Renewable Energy or related fields.
Experience: No prior experience required; interest or experience in hydroelectric energy is highly valued.
Knowledge: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel preferred). Familiarity with SCADA/CMMS systems is advantageous.
Additional Skills: Full professional proficiency in English and Spanish; knowledge of French or Portuguese is a plus. Ability to handle multiple tasks, work under tight deadlines, and operate in shifts.
