Responsibilities

• Lead the design and creation of ZPA configurations, ensuring alignment with the client's security and infrastructure architecture.
• Oversee the deployment of ZPA Connectors across various security zones and national subsidiaries.
• Build, implement, and optimize ZPA Security Policies, ensuring compliance and best‑practice standards.
• Conduct error analysis, root‑cause investigation, and troubleshooting during rollout and operational phases.
• Provide expert consulting on ZPA architecture, deployment strategy, and security improvements.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Security, Networking, Infrastructure) to ensure smooth implementation.

Qualifications

• Strong, hands‑on experience with Zscaler Private Access (ZPA) in enterprise environments.
• Solid understanding of Zero Trust security models and secure remote access solutions.
• Proficiency with ZPA Connectors, App Segments, traffic routing, policies, and identity‑based access.
• Advanced troubleshooting skills across networking, authentication, and cloud security.
• Experience working in complex, multinational environments.
• High Level of English: B2/C1.
• Location in Spain.

Desired Skills:

• Zscaler certifications (ZCCA‑IA, ZCCA‑PA, ZCP‑PA).
• Experience with cloud ecosystems (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Background in network security, firewalls, VPNs, and identity platforms (Azure AD, Okta).
