To set the foundation and ensure Sika’s success on this journey, we are looking for a professional and highly technical Senior Consultant SAP Authorization in Madrid, Alcobendas.

Job Description

• Support access and technology topics across the full user lifecycle within SAP products (on-premise and cloud)
• Creation, maintenance, and realization of SAP Authorization, Access, and Compliance Concepts
• Housekeeping tasks in various SAP systems (adjusting roles, ensuring compliance with authorization concepts)
• Optimizing operational processes and tools within the SAP user lifecycle (user, role, object, security management)
• Support of internal and external audits
• Active leadership of projects in the area of SAP user and authorizations
• Consulting and training of local authorization coordinators and process owners
• Guidance of external partners and SAP support

Qualifications:

• You have completed your studies in computer science, information technology, or business informatics.
• You are experienced working in international teams across different time zones.
• You understand the importance of following guidelines and directives in a global environment.
• You have 5+ years of work experience in user and authorization management (S/4HANA, SAP cloud solutions).
• You are proactive and demonstrate professional communication skills with stakeholders.
• You are eager to learn about new SAP technologies, tools, and topics, and motivated to acquire this knowledge with your team.
• You are fluent in English and Spanish.
• We offer two days of home office per week.
• Only applicants with a valid and transferable work permit for Spain or the EU will be considered.
