A gaming company in Barcelona is seeking a Senior Web Tools Engineer to develop and maintain web-based tools for their new game, Monopoly GO! Scopely is looking for a Senior Web Tools Engineer to serve on and elevate our new casual game, Monopoly GO! team in Barcelona on a hybrid basis.

Monopoly GO! is our new casual game and a key franchise that has just become Scopely’s largest game, enjoyed by millions of players. The team is based in Europe and the US, and works every day to create captivating new experiences for our players.
This role focuses on building and maintaining the web tools and interfaces that enable creative, operational, and live service excellence, with particular ownership of our Admin Panel, the central hub used daily by LiveOps, QA, and production teams to manage the game’s live features and configurations.
You’ll work closely with UX/UI design, backend, and product stakeholders to deliver intuitive, performant, and reliable web experiences. As the team’s frontend specialist, you’ll help set standards for UI implementation, guide peers, and drive development forward even when backend APIs are not yet ready by defining mock data, contracts, and prototypes to keep progress unblocked.
