A leading fintech company seeks a Senior Executive to spearhead their international sales and growth strategy in Europe. This high-impact position requires an individual with extensive experience in financial consulting and a robust understanding of the banking sector to drive revenue and market expansion.
We are looking for a senior executive with a strong background in financial consulting, banking treasury, or ALM, who will lead our international sales and growth strategy in the European market. This is a high-impact leadership position focused on driving revenue, opening new markets, and building relationships with senior banking stakeholders.
This is not a traditional sales role — it requires deep industry knowledge, strategic thinking, and the ability to engage in high-level consultative conversations with CFOs, Heads of Treasury, and Risk Directors.
Design and execute the commercial expansion strategy in Europe.
Identify and lead strategic sales opportunities with Tier 1 and Tier 2 banks.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with ALM, Treasury, and Finance decision-makers.
Position Mirai as a trusted solution for banks managing structural balance sheet risk and liquidity.
Collaborate closely with Product, Implementation, and Marketing teams to drive commercial impact.
Represent Mirai at financial industry conferences, roundtables, and networking events.
Contribute to shaping our go-to-market, pricing, and internationalization strategy.
8+ years of experience in financial consulting, banking, treasury, ALM, or SaaS for financial institutions.
Proven track record in consultative B2B sales or business development in a complex/technical domain.
Strong understanding of ALM, FTP, liquidity risk, balance sheet strategy, or banking regulation.
Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with C-level stakeholders.
Fluent in English (mandatory); other European languages are a plus.
Entrepreneurial mindset and a hands-on, result-driven approach.
Experience working in international or high-growth environments (e.g. fintech SaaS, consulting,).
