We are hiring a Visual Designer to bring Make's brand to life across digital and physical spaces. You'll create impactful assets for campaigns, social channels, events and more - working within our brand system while bringing fresh thinking to every execution. This is a hands‑on production role with room to grow your creative influence. You'll own smaller projects independently and contribute to larger multi‑channel campaigns as part of a collaborative design team.
You’ll work at the intersection of brand content and events - helping Make command attention in a crowded market through work that's polished on‑brand and impossible to ignore.
The team:
You’ll join Make's Brand Design team working closely with designers, content creators, event producers and marketers across Brand Content & Communications. Our design team values craft, collaboration and creative ambition - we're building the design presence for a highly visual product.
What you'll do:
- Create impactful visual assets for social media campaigns, slide decks, websites, print materials and event environments.
- Apply and evolve Make's brand system across formats, bringing visual consistency while finding opportunities to push the creative forward.
- Own smaller design projects end‑to‑end and contribute to larger multi‑channel campaigns alongside the design team.
- Design for event experiences - including booth environments, stage presentations and branded spaces for conferences like Waves, our flagship customer event.
- Collaborate with writers, video producers and marketers to deliver creative that drives clarity and impact.
- Use design tools efficiently (including AI‑powered workflows) to focus on high‑impact work and move fast.
- Recommend visual directions, iterate based on feedback and help refine design team processes to keep work moving smoothly.
- Brief and manage external designers or vendors when needed for specialized work or capacity support.
About you:
- A portfolio of polished on‑brand creative across digital and physical formats that shows craft consistency and creative thinking.
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite with comfort using AI design tools to work efficiently.
- Experience adapting brand systems across diverse use cases (social content, presentations, event materials and more).
- You understand how design and messaging work together to drive clarity and impact, not just aesthetics.
- Genuine excitement about automation, AI and Make's product; you're passionate about making this technology more accessible.
- Excellent English communication skills and comfort working across international teams.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for major events and experiential projects.
- Motion‑design skills are a strong plus but not required.
