Are you passionate about identifying training needs within organizations? Are you interested in the industrial sector? At Draxton Lleida located between Cervera and Tàrrega we are looking for a Training & Development Technician to join our team.

In this role you will have the opportunity to contribute to the development of the plant's workforce competencies by identifying training needs, designing and executing effective training plans, and monitoring their impact. This position reports directly to the HRBP.

Main Responsibilities
  • Identify strengths and areas for improvement among Draxton Lleida staff, detecting key skills and competencies to be developed, always aligned with the plants objectives.
  • Design the training plan based on identified needs, ensuring it fits the budget; coordinate its implementation, foster employee participation, monitor deadlines, and guarantee successful completion.
  • Track training outcomes, evaluate satisfaction, effectiveness, and impact, and monitor established KPIs.
  • Ensure proper management and filing of all training-related documentation as well as managing subsidies and annual FUNDAE credits in compliance with current regulations.
Qualifications
  • University degree.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience working in an HR department; previous experience in training will be valued.
  • Fluent communication in English (a level test will be required).
What We Offer
  • Permanent contract.
  • Full-time 100% on-site position with flexible working hours: Monday–Thursday entry between 7:30–9:00 h, finishing from 17:00 h onwards. Fridays intensive schedule from 7:00 h to 15:00 h.
