Overview

At Siemens, we develop innovative digital solutions that combine design, technology, and user experience to transform products and services. We are looking for a Total Experience Consultant with strong knowledge in accessibility, sustainability, and European regulations, capable of contributing value in multidisciplinary teams where design, development, and emerging technologies like artificial intelligence converge.

You’ll act as a key bridge between design and technology. You won’t just add your functional knowledge — you’ll also actively contribute to the technical definition of products, especially those that integrate AI, automation, or data-driven features. We’re looking for someone who can speak the language of development, European regulations and global standards, and understands how the solutions designed are built.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in technical sessions with developers and data scientists to understand the possibilities of the technology and translate them into effective design solutions.
• Manage your own P&L.
• Work closely with development teams to ensure design consistency and smooth implementation.
• Explore and apply AI, machine learning, and automation concepts from a design perspective.
• Create developer-ready deliverables using tools like Figma or others.
• Ensure visual consistency and accessibility across products by providing guidelines.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in a Big Four.
• Solid knowledge of accessibility, sustainability, visual design guidelines, and standards.
• Ability to have technical conversations with developers and understand product architecture.
• Familiarity with emerging technologies such as AI, LLMs, and generative AI APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Hugging Face).
• Experience working in agile, cross-functional teams.
• UX thinking and technical context.
• Strong sense of curiosity and proactive attitude — you enjoy exploring new technologies, asking the right questions, and taking initiative to improve both design and product outcomes.
• German knowledge is highly recommended.
