A leading tire manufacturer in Spain seeks a Tire Technician to perform tire maintenance and repairs. The role includes identifying additional sales opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, and contributing to a safe work environment. Experience in tire maintenance is required, along with good interpersonal skills for effective customer interactions.

Formación

• Experience in tire maintenance and repair.
• Ability to identify additional services for sale.
• Strong communication skills for customer interaction.

• Carry out all technical services for tire maintenance while adhering to safety standards.
• Identify additional technical services and intervene on vehicles.
• Maintain a direct, commercial relationship with customers.

Tire Technician

KEY EXPECTED ACHIEVEMENTS

• Carry out all technical services required for tyre maintenance, in compliance with work standards and safety instructions defined for the activity (wearing mandatory equipment, etc.).
• Identify additional technical services (additional sales) to be carried out and intervene on the vehicle.
• Complete Master Check and pass on information.
• Contribute to the work environment and participate in the implementation of the measures needed to achieve a good, healthy and safe work environment.
• Dailay operational tasks connected to the service center - on site and off site
• Handle daily administration connected to the service center
• Ensure a direct and commercial relationship with the customer.
• Contribute to the sale of services and/or products (keep informed of current promotional campaigns and product knowledge).
• Together with the manager and the team contribute to the development of the service center.
