Leadership & Strategic Impact

Lead end‑to‑end testing strategies for Salesforce implementations, from requirement analysis to production deployment. Manage cross‑functional testing teams, defining scope, timelines, and resource allocation for complex projects. Design and execute tailored test cases for Salesforce customizations, integrations, and data migrations. Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business stakeholders, translating technical outcomes into business impact. Drive defect resolution through rigorous tracking, root‑cause analysis, and collaboration with developers. Monitor quality KPIs (defect leakage, test coverage, cycle time) and report risks to senior leadership. Optimize testing processes by leveraging Salesforce updates and modern tools (e.g., Mentor junior QA engineers on Salesforce‑specific best practices and testing frameworks).
