A global leader in software development is seeking a Technical Support Advisor fluent in Portuguese to join their on-site team in A Coruña, Spain. You will provide technical support, resolve customer issues, and ensure a positive user experience. Ideal candidates will have a strong educational background or experience in IT and excellent communication skills in both Portuguese and English. This full-time position offers a competitive salary of €19,738 gross per year.

Formación

  • Fluent Portuguese speaker (C2 and higher level).
  • Good command of English (written and spoken).
  • Education or experience in IT, ideally with knowledge in cloud technologies.

Schedule

Monday to Friday, 09:00-18:00
Salary:EUR19,738 gross/year

Your Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting to users of software and cloud-based products.
  • Identify, analyze, and resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally.
  • Communicate clearly and empathetically to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Document cases and follow company procedures accurately.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address complex or escalated issues.
Requirements
  • Fluent Portuguese speaker (C2 and higher level).
  • Good command of English (written and spoken).
  • Education or experience in IT, ideally with knowledge in:
    • Cloud technologies
    • Microsoft products: Outlook, OneDrive, Exchange, SharePoint, Lync Server, etc.
    • Microsoft Windows (a plus)
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
  • Ability to handle diverse customer interactions with empathy and professionalism.
  • Valid paperwork allowing employment in Spain
