A leading pharmaceutical technology company is seeking an experienced Technical Sales Manager in Valencia. The role requires developing and managing sales of process and packaging machinery, building customer relationships, and collaborating with teams across Europe. Candidates should have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and be fluent in English and Spanish. This is an office-based position with opportunities for business growth in the pharmaceutical and cosmetic sectors.

Formación

  • Previous experience in technical sales, business development, or project management within the machinery or manufacturing sector.
  • Experience in pharma, nutraceutical, or cosmetics preferred.

Responsabilidades

  • Develop and manage sales of process and packaging machinery across Spain and selected European markets.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, managing the full sales cycle from enquiry to order.
  • Understand client production processes and technical requirements to provide tailored equipment solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal engineering and project management teams to prepare quotations and proposals.
  • Represent the company at customer meetings and international exhibitions.
  • Support business development and marketing initiatives for the Spanish market.

Technical Sales Manager – Process & Packaging Equipment (Valencia)

Location: Valencia, Spain (Office-based)

Allied Pharma Technologies is expanding its operations in Spain and is seeking an experienced Technical Sales Manager to join our Valencia office.

This position is ideal for a commercially driven professional with a technical background in process and packaging equipment, who is eager to develop customer relationships and drive business growth across the pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, and cosmetic industries.

Working closely with our UK, Irish, and Spanish teams, you will represent a portfolio of leading European equipment manufacturers and play a key role in the continued expansion of Allied Pharma Technologies across Europe.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage sales of process and packaging machinery across Spain and selected European markets.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, managing the full sales cycle from enquiry to order.
  • Understand client production processes and technical requirements to provide tailored equipment solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal engineering and project management teams to prepare quotations and proposals.
  • Represent Allied Pharma Technologies at customer meetings, site visits, and international exhibitions.
  • Support business development and marketing initiatives for the Spanish market.
Candidate Profile
  • Based in Valencia – this is an office-based role.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (both written and spoken).
  • Degree or background in Engineering, Mechanical, or Process disciplines.
  • Previous experience in technical sales, business development, or project management within the machinery or manufacturing sector.
  • Strong technical understanding of process and packaging systems (experience in pharma, nutra, or cosmetics preferred).
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and negotiation skills.
  • Self‑motivated, proactive, and capable of working effectively within a multicultural team.
  • Competent in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
  • Full driving licence and willingness to travel when required.
