A leading video game development company in Barcelona seeks a Technical Producer to drive the planning and execution of technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in video game production, a strong understanding of development practices, and proven leadership skills. This role emphasizes in-person collaboration to enhance team integration and project success.
IO Interactive is seeking a talented Technical Producer to join our Backbone Team, the core programming group behind our most ambitious game projects. We’re currently developing Project 007, a brand-new James Bond video game featuring an original Bond story, and Project Fantasy, a groundbreaking online fantasy RPG for console and PC. Both titles are powered by Glacier, our state‑of‑the‑art proprietary game engine.
As a Producer on the Backbone Team, you’ll play a key role in driving the successful planning, execution and delivery of our technology initiatives across the studio. You’ll foster clarity, alignment and momentum in a highly collaborative, cross‑functional environment, bridging strategy, people and process.
Beyond coordinating milestones and managing risks, this role is about leading change, empowering teams and cultivating excellence in how we build and deliver our technology. You bring a passion for the craft of production, thrive in dynamic settings and aren’t afraid to make and communicate tough decisions when needed.
IO Interactive is an independent videogame development and publishing company with studios in Copenhagen, Malmö, Barcelona, Istanbul and Brighton. As the creative force behind some of the most talked‑about multiplatform video games in the last decade, we are committed to creating unforgettable characters and experiences – all powered by our award‑winning, proprietary Glacier technology.

We know that to achieve those goals we need courage, talented people and a great working environment – and we do our utmost to have all of that. Across our multiple studios we’re working on several projects. Crucially though we’re all one team. We value the work and impact that each person brings to the table and we actively encourage new ideas whilst listening to your insights along the way.
