An IT services company based in Bilbao, Spain is seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to provide technical assistance for IT systems and infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in technical support, strong knowledge of IT systems and networks, and excellent problem-solving skills. Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in MS Office along with familiarity with ticketing tools like Jira is preferred. This role offers a collaborative work environment.

Formación
