A leading digital consultancy in Spain is seeking a Team Lead / Scrum Master for Business Intelligence & Data Integration initiatives. You will manage a multidisciplinary team and drive delivery in data-driven projects using Agile and Waterfall methodologies. The ideal candidate has proven experience in project management within BI environments, strong leadership and communication skills, and fluent English. This is a remote position based in Spain, requiring valid work and residency permits.

Formación

• Proven experience in PMO or Project Management within Data / BI environments.
• Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and traditional PM.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Fluent English (C2 level) – written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coordinate BI and Data Integration professionals.
• Manage project delivery using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Ensure timely, high-quality delivery of data-related projects.
• Prepare and deliver executive-level reporting in English.

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager / PMO professional who can lead a multidisciplinary team and drive delivery across modern and legacy technology landscapes.

What you’ll do

• Lead and coordinate BI and Data Integration professionals.
• Manage project delivery using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Ensure timely, high-quality delivery of data-related projects.
• Prepare and deliver executive-level reporting in English.

What we need

• Proven experience in PMO or Project Management within Data / BI environments.
• Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and traditional PM.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Fluent English (C2 level) – written and spoken.
• Familiarity with BI and Data tools (Azure Data Factory, Snowflake, Power BI, Informatica, SAP BO) is a plus.

Location

Remote from Spain only. Candidates must have valid work and residency permits in Spain.
