Responsibilities include collaborating with hiring managers, creating job postings, sourcing candidates, and conducting interviews. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 2 years in full-cycle recruitment, strong sourcing skills, and is proficient in using LinkedIn. Schedule: Flexible (minimum 30 hours per week)

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand current and future recruitment needs

Create and manage job postings across relevant platforms

Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn and other channels

Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews

Coordinate interview logistics and maintain candidate communication

Update recruitment dashboards and track hiring progress

Contribute to employer branding and recruitment strategy initiatives

Support internal talent development within the organization

Candidate Profile:

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in full-cycle recruitment

Strong sourcing skills with proven success in identifying top talent

Proficient in using LinkedIn and social media for recruitment

Comfortable working independently and collaboratively within a team

Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)

Experience with ATS platforms such as Teamtailor is preferred

Reliable, organized, and able to commit to at least 30 hours per week
