Una empresa líder en contratación busca un Partner de Adquisición de Talento en Sallent, Cataluña. El candidato ideal tendrá experiencia en reclutamiento interno o de agencia y trabajará en la atracción de perfiles de ingeniería de soluciones y sistemas de TI. Las responsabilidades incluyen entrevistas, negociaciones de ofertas y colaboración con gerentes de contratación para crear descripciones de trabajo efectivas. Se requiere flexibilidad y capacidad para trabajar bajo presión en un ambiente dinámico.

Formación

• Experiencia previa en reclutamiento interno o de agencia.
• Experiencia en entornos de producto, SaaS, eCommerce o empresas en crecimiento.
• Capacidad para trabajar de manera independiente y en equipo.

Responsabilidades

• Sourcing y atracción de candidatos mediante plataformas sociales y base de datos.
• Diseñar e implementar estrategias de reclutamiento cuando sea necesario.
• Realizar entrevistas para evaluar habilidades técnicas y culturales.

About the Role

What we are looking for... You'll have either an internal recruitment or agency background (both would be great) who has worked within either a product, SaaS, eCommerce, or high-growth businesses.

Responsibilities

• You will need to deliver hiring for; Pre-Sales and Solution Engineering and IT Systems; DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, InfoSecurity
• You will need to have a flexible attitude to work (every day is different).
• You will have the ability to cope under pressure, work independently, and as part of a team.

What you will be doing...

• Sourcing and attracting candidates using our database and social media platforms, ensuring that we are headhunting the best candidates for our clients.
• Talent pools: Pipelining exceptional candidates.
• Conducting interviews to screen candidates considering cultural fit, soft skills, tech skills knowledge, experience, and aptitudes.
• Internal applicants: Work closely with hiring managers to create job descriptions.
• Offer negotiation and closing candidates.
• Where needed designing and implementing the overall recruiting strategy for our clients.
• Building a transparent, and effective reporting and communication methodology, using the Greenhouse ATS, Global M's AirTable, and Slack to create a data-driven recruitment strategy for our clients.
• Conducting weekly meetings with hiring managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.
• Promote the company's reputation and participate in meetups, events, etc.
