WHAT WE NEED YOU TO DO

At Oatly we’re all about fostering a customer‑centric focus and driving positive change in the food industry. Plus you’ll have the opportunity to develop your skills and have fun along the way! We are looking for a Supply Chain Customer Service to join our team.

Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that our customers receive their Oatsome products. This role you’ll play a valuable role in managing customer orders and working closely with key stakeholders to deliver outstanding customer service. If you’re a collaborative individual with international experience and a passion for building strong relationships this is the perfect opportunity for you to shine!

HERE’S WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT IN THE DAY‑TO‑DAY
  • Be responsible for order management ensuring that our customers receive their orders on time in the right amount to the right place and with an all‑time high service.
  • Keeping in daily contact with customers regarding the status of their orders to provide world‑class service.
  • Keeping track of stock balances and having daily contact with 3PL.
  • Developing close collaboration with internal stakeholders in the Supply Chain such as Planning, Logistics, Quality and Sales but also finance.
  • Handling customer complaints and processing claims and credit notes.
  • Be responsible for keeping processes and work instructions within the area of responsibility up to date.
  • Follow up and contribute to strategic goals.

WHAT WE NEED YOU TO BRING TO THE TABLE
  • You have experience within Supply Chain Operations preferably with customer service and Order fulfillment.
  • You understand how to handle customer claims with a sharp and on‑point service level.
  • You’re experienced in ERP environments preferably Dynamics D365.
  • Fluent in English, Spanish and French. Portuguese is a plus.
