Role

We are seeking a skilled SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Lead Consultant with strong expertise in Payroll, Time Sheet, Time Off, and Time Tracking modules. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience leading end‑to‑end project implementations using the SAP Activate methodology and be involved in pre‑sales and project management activities. You will guide clients through successful system deployment and optimization, providing strategic leadership and functional expertise.

Responsibilities
  • Lead SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll and Time Tracking project implementations, including Time Sheet and Time Off modules.
  • Apply SAP Activate methodology to manage project phases and deliverables effectively.
  • Collaborate with clients to define business processes and align them with system capabilities.
  • Support pre‑sales activities, including requirements gathering and solution presentations.
  • Manage project timelines, risks, and stakeholder communication throughout the lifecycle.
  • Oversee system configurations, testing, and issue resolution.
  • Lead workshops and training sessions to enable client teams and end‑users.
  • Document project progress, change requests, and enhancement opportunities.
Requirements
  • 3 to 5 years of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central experience, including Payroll, Time Sheet, Time Off, and Time Tracking.
  • Proven track record as a Lead Consultant in SAP SuccessFactors implementations.
  • Experience with SAP Activate methodology and project management principles.
  • Involvement in pre‑sales activities is highly desirable.
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, HR, or a related field.
  • SAP SuccessFactors certifications in EC Payroll, Time Tracking, or related modules.
  • Strong communication skills and fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within virtual, cross‑functional teams.
