The candidate will drive business growth across logistics, residential, hospitality, and office sectors. You will need over 10 years of experience with at least 5 years in Real Estate and a strong record in international sales. Ideal applicants must be fluent in English, French, and Spanish, with excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills. The role also requires mobility, as travel is necessary to foster client relationships.

Formación

  • Over 10 years of professional experience, with at least 5 years in Real Estate.
  • Proven international sales track record within the industrial or construction sector.
  • Mobility and willingness to travel up to 40% across assigned regions.

Responsabilidades

  • Develop, implement, and monitor strategic account plans for key clients.
  • Identify new business opportunities within various markets.
  • Manage high-value accounts to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Negotiate contracts and framework agreements.
  • Coordinate with operations and marketing teams.
  • Report on market trends and client needs.
