Formación

• 6+ years in project management or management consulting.
• Fluency in English and Portuguese is required.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to handle large amounts of work in parallel work-streams.
• Ability to think strategically when faced with key challenges.

Responsabilidades

• Manage Fever's biggest partners and their events/projects.
• Oversee the lifecycle of each partner event and projects.
• Drive partner performance by establishing KPIs and tracking metrics.
• Gather feedback from partners and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Grow into a team manager role by mentoring Project Managers.
