A leading multinational healthcare company is seeking an HR Business Partner Portugal / Talent Acquisition & People Development Consultant to lead the HR function. Responsibilities include talent acquisition, compliance risk management, and providing strategic support. The ideal candidate should have a university degree and fluency in English and Portuguese, with an option for Spanish. Formación

• 1-2 years of experience in a similar position (HR BP / Talent Acquisition and People Development).
• Availability to travel to Portugal up to 20% of the time.
• Experience in compliance is desirable but not a must.

Responsabilidades

• Lead HR function as a strategic partner to the assigned business unit.
• Provide support in talent acquisition and people development.
• Manage local labor relation issues.

Conocimientos

Fluency in English

Fluency in Portuguese

Excellent training and communication skills

Understanding of compliance laws & regulations

Educación

University degree in Labor Relations, Law, Psychology or Business

Master’s degree in Human Resources
